Promotional Prices and Offers
Promotional prices and special offers cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Promotions and special offers are valid only for purchases made during the advertised promotional period and are subject to product availability. All offers are available while supplies last. We cannot guarantee the availability of products that sell out during a promotion.

Discount Codes
Each discount code may be used once per purchase unless otherwise specified. Multiple discount codes cannot be combined in a single transaction unless expressly permitted by the terms of the applicable promotion.
Ordering

Payment and Delivery
When you proceed to checkout, the available payment methods, applicable taxes, and relevant VAT details will be displayed where applicable.
Unless a different delivery timeframe is specified during checkout or confirmed in subsequent correspondence, orders are generally expected to be delivered within 3–7 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, shipping arrangements, and other circumstances.
Shipping charges may apply in addition to the product price. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. We do not ordinarily charge additional fees beyond those disclosed during the ordering process. Modification of Order

Cancellation
An order cancellation is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Universal IT Sourcing Inc.
You may request cancellation before your order has been processed, subject to confirmation by our team and applicable law. Once an order has been processed for invoicing, fulfillment, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. Business customers may be required to accept delivery of an order that can no longer be cancelled, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Individual consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the "Right of Withdrawal" section below.
If a business customer cancels an order for a custom-made product, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred up to the cancellation date and any applicable contractual compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable law grants individual consumers a right of withdrawal for distance purchases, eligible purchases may be cancelled within the applicable withdrawal period. Our existing policy provides a 30-day withdrawal period, subject to eligibility and applicable law.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day you receive the product. If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, or a product delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the final product or part, subject to applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including custom-made or personalized items manufactured according to your specific instructions, where such exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Unless applicable law or our written confirmation provides otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising a right of withdrawal.
You may also be responsible for any reduction in a product's value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, where permitted by applicable law.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law. If a returned product has damaged packaging, is incomplete, or shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, a deduction may apply to reflect the actual reduction in value, subject to applicable law. Any deduction will be assessed based on the condition of the returned product and may range from 15% to 100% of the product value where reasonably justified and legally permissible.
For an approved withdrawal, the eligible product price and any refundable shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated during the return process.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through the "Contact Us" section of our website. We will acknowledge your request and review whether the purchase qualifies for withdrawal. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. Our existing policy provides for a refund within 30 days after receipt of the cancellation notice and the returned item, as applicable. Where the law requires an earlier refund, the statutory deadline will apply.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include products manufactured specifically to order or personalized according to the customer's instructions.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain hygiene-sensitive products, including in-ear headphones, may not be eligible for return once unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.
Complaints and Returns in Certain Cases
If you are an individual consumer and receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue within 7 days of discovering, or reasonably being expected to discover, the problem. Any applicable statutory rights and warranty obligations will continue to apply. Business customers who receive damaged or incorrect products should notify us as soon as possible after delivery.
For both individual consumers and business customers, returned damaged or faulty products should, where reasonably possible, be securely packed using the original packaging and returned using an appropriate shipping method.
